Cookies
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a site can keep on your device. Essential storage keeps the site working; analytics only run if you opt in.
| Category | What | Name | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Remembers your cookie choice (browser localStorage, not a cookie) | cr-consent-v2 | Until you change it or clear storage |
| Analytics (opt-in) | PostHog (EU): anonymous visitor ID, session and settings. Set only after you accept. | ph_<project key>_posthog | Cookie: 365 days |
By default we only use essential storage. PostHog analytics (hosted at eu.i.posthog.com) loads after you give prior opt-in consent. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject or later withdraw consent, PostHog is not loaded and any ph_* cookies are deleted.
Lawful basis for analytics: consent (PECR and UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Details of what we collect sit in our privacy notice.
